Fresch Ideas - Cashew Cheese Recipe
Cashew cheese is packed with B vitamins, magnesium, calcium, vitamin E and is also a good source of protein and fibre. Check out The Green Dietitian's recipe here:
- 1 cup cashew pieces (soaked overnight)
- 1 clove garlic
- 1 heaped Tbsp nutritional yeast
- 1 Tbsp lemon juice
- 1 cup water
- Blend together until smooth
