Almond Oat Cookies

In the mood for a quick, yummy baked treat? Then this recipe is for you, these almond oat cookies are the oh-so-delcious and incredibly easy to make. 

Warning: they’re totally addictive!



1 cup gluten free oat flour (or you can blend gluten-free oats in a food processor)

1 cup almond flour

1 tsp baking powder

1/3 cup coconut sugar

1/2 tsp salt

1/2 tsp cinnamon

Pinch of vanilla

2 Tbsp milk of choice

4 Tbsp butter (can substitute with coconut oil for dairy-free option)

Handful of roughly chopped pecan nuts



  1. Preheat your oven to 180C.
  2. Add all your ingredients together in a large bowl and mix together. Be sure to combine the ingredients well with your hands, add a bit more butter if needs be.
  3. Roll the mixture into medium sized balls in your hands. Place them onto a greased baking tray and press each one slightly down with a fork.
  4. Bake in the oven for 15 minutes. Leave them to cool completely.

*Fresch Tip* Spread a little bit of your favourite nut butter on top of your cookies and enjoy these scrumptious treats!
