Carrot Zuchinni Trail Muffins

These muffins are like sunshine, with each golden bite full of rich flavours and beneficial nutrients! With the added goodness from our Super Fresch Turmeric Chai blend, you'll be falling in love with these as soon as you taste them...

1. In a large bowl combine:

2. Mix dry ingredients together and then add:

  • 1 zucchini, finely grated
  • 2 medium carrots pureed in blender/food processor with
  • ½ cup almond milk,
  • 1 tsp vanilla, and
  • 1/3 cup maple syrup.
  • 1 mashed banana
  • Juice of half a lemon

3. Mix all together to form a batter. It should be thick & scoop into 12 muffin cups.

4. Bake at 180’C for 30 minutes.
