Gluten free, sugar free, paleo and vegan-friendly chocolate chip cookie dough that's creamy, rich and sure to win your heart...
- 1 cup almond flour
- 1/4 cup coconut flour
- 2 Tbsp melted coconut oil
- 1/4 cup coconut milk / coconut cream
- 3 Tbsp maple syrup
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- Pinch of Himalayan or sea salt
- 1/4 cup cacao chocolate chips (or chocolate bar broken up into small pieces)
In a large bowl, combine together all the ingredients except for the chocolate chips, until they're your cookie dough is well mixed and has a creamy 'doughy' consistency. Then add and fold in your chocolate chips.
Leave your cookie dough to either chill in the fridge, serve them in small bowls or roll them into balls and enjoy this delectable quick treat!
