Ingredients:
- 1 ½ cups almonds, roasted
- 1 Tbsp vanilla extract
- 1 Tbsp coconut oil
- 2 Tbsp sunflower seeds
- 2 Tbsp linseeds
- 6 dates (softened in warm water for 15 minutes)
- 2 Tbsp Super Fresch Turmeric Chai
- 1 cup coconut shavings (finely chopped)
- 1 ½ cups dried apricots
Method:
Place all ingredients in a food processor and process for 1-2 minutes or until the mixture is finely chopped and bunches together. Roll into balls and place in fridge, where they will keep for 2-3weeks.
