Homemade Fresch Chocolates

Ingredients

Weekends aren’t only for eating chocolate, they’re also for making it 😜 

Try this easy to make, extremely delicious, chocolate recipe. 

200g cacao paste

50g cacao butter

1/4 cup coconut oil

3 Tbsp honey / maple syrup

1/4 tsp vanilla extract

Pinch of salt

Different flavourings (sprinkle on top of chocolate once in mould) :

Cashew Butter / Almond Butter / Peanut Butter

Favourite nuts 

Tahini

Cacao Nibs

Cacao Powder

Turmeric

Favourite SuperFresch flavour

Cayenne Pepper

Cinnamon

Goji Berries

 

Method

Melt your cacao paste, cacao butter and coconut oil in a double boiler on medium heat. 

Once it’s all melted, add your honey, vanilla and salt and mix together. 

Once mixed together, pour your mixture into your chocolate moulds or ice trays, add your desired flavourings and fillings on top.

Allow to set in the fridge for around 20 minutes.
