Immune Boosting Health Kick Smoothie
Hello Fresch Family! During these uncertain times, we know how important it is to focus on your health. Here is a nutrient-rich immune system boosting double smoothie recipe, packed with beneficial (and delicious) ingredients.
- 1 frozen banana
- ½ cup mango (*if you can't find fresh mango in the shops, try frozen mango or experiment with fruits such as pineapple or pawpaw)
- 1 tsp SuperFresch Turmeric/Chai blend
- 1 Tbsp nut butter of choice
- A small pinch of cayenne pepper
- Small squeeze of lemon
- ¾ cup milk of choice
- 1 tsp SuperFresch Green blend
- 1 small beetroot, chopped
- 1½ cup frozen berries
- 1-2 dates
- Pinch of cinnamon
- ¾ cup water (or coconut water)
*add more or less liquid depending on your desired thickness
Blend together all the ingredients for turmeric layer and berry layer separately.
Pour into serving glass, add your favourite toppings and enjoy!
