Happy Wednesday Fellow Freschies!
We're very excited to share this incredible banana bread recipe we made with Freschie Farah - gluten, sugar and dairy free ... and oh-so-easy to make!
Ingredients:
- 1 cup almond flour
- 3/4 cup buckwheat flour
- 1 tsp Super Fresch Cacao blend
- 3 bananas
- 1 egg
- 3/4 cup oat milk (or milk of choice)
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1 tsp baking soda
Topping ideas:
- drizzle of nut butter
- dark chocolate chips
- pecan nuts
- raisons
- cranberries
- frozen berries
Method:
- Preheat oven to 170' C
- Mash the bananas, and then add to a large mixing bowl along with the rest of the ingredients. Mix well.
- Pour mixture into small baking tin, add your toppings and then leave to cook in the oven for about 40min - until golden brown on top.
- Allow to cool and enjoy!
