Ingredients: 1 ½ cups almonds, roasted 1 Tbsp vanilla extract 1 Tbsp coconut oil 2 Tbsp sunflower seeds 2 Tbsp linseeds 6 dates (softened in warm water for 15 minutes) 2 Tbsp Super Fresch Turmeric Chai 1 cup coconut shavings (finely chopped) 1 ½ cups dried apricots   Method: Place all ingredients in a food processor and process for 1-2 minutes or until the mixture is finely chopped and bunches together. Roll into balls and place in fridge, where they will keep for 2-3weeks.
