Our couriers ship weekdays only. Please see our Delivery Regions section to see if your area is covered.  We cannot guarantee that the shipping provider will meet the specified shipping times. In the unfortunate event that an order is lost, we will make every effort to ensure lost orders are compensated for. Our standard resolution period is 7 working days from notice of a lost order. We offer free shipping on all orders over R750.



Our returns policy lasts 7 days. If 7 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Subject to the conditions stated below;

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.


Late or missing refunds (if applicable):

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Preparing your products for a return

To ensure your request is processed as quickly as possible you are responsible for the following when returning your products;

  • package your products safely and securely for protection during transit;
  • clearly mark your return reference number on the outside of the parcel

Failure to adhere to any of these requirements could delay the processing of your request or result in its decline altogether.
